Low sperm count and unhealthy sperm can give rise to male fertility problems. When your sperm count is low, it is not possible for you to make your woman pregnant since sperm is not able to fertilize female egg.

There can be many causes of low sperm count in men and some of them are listed here:

-Wearing tight under pants- The temperature in your testicles should be 2 degrees lower than the body temperature for healthy semen and sperm production. Wearing tight underpants makes your testicles cling close to the body and the temperature rises which affects sperm production and count.

-Excessive smoking
-Being obese (overweight)
-Infected semen
-Steroid use
-Malformed genitals
-Over exerting the body physically and mentally too
-Always subjecting the scrotum to too high temperatures i.e. saunas, hot tubs, bathing with very hot water

Your diet plays a very important role in keeping your body functioning properly. Fast food or junk foods is likley to have a negative effect on your overall and sexual health. You should keep away form processed foods since they are likely to affect your sperm count negatively.
It might be a difficult thing to do especially if you are always on the go, but try as much as possible to eat foods that contain a lot of vitamins
